Nesch Mintec participates in the process of management consultancy within a framework of appropriate and relevant professional disciplines and ethics designed for the success of your project. We have developed a management consultancy competence framework, which presents the knowledge, skills and behaviours that define today’s management consultant, all of which are supported by a code of conduct and professional ethics.
As mining consultants, we provide a range of services such as mining strategy and structure, mine-site consulting, mine-site management and operations, application review, project implementation and training. Our recommendations are usually based on either past or current mine-site and working relationships with the clients. The consulting services are generally provided through two channels; firstly, with the involvement of the client in providing the information required for the mining plan and strategy, which are delivered in written form; and secondly, the staff and its consultants are involved in the implementation of these strategies and structure, which are brought through delivering trainings. The first channel is typically used to create a mine-site and working relationship strategy, which allows the consultant to perform the project integration process, prior to moving on to the implementation stage.
The second channel is generally used to deliver mine-site consulting, mine-site management and operations, as well as the use of code of conduct and professional ethics. A mine-site consultation process is useful in this way, because it requires the ability to understand the client’s needs and objectives before developing a plan and to participate in the development of the process. A significant part of a mine-site consulting service is often providing training to the staff that is required to implement the plan and structure. Training, mine-site management and operations service can also provide design tools that are necessary for the team to implement the mining plan and strategy.
